Junior College Symposium is starting this Spring! This class is for juniors who want to begin planning for college and their future career. We want to encourage all of our juniors to participate in this incredible opportunity! Our College counselors are hosting this after school class on Mondays from February 8th – April 26th from 1:30 PM - 2:45 PM. Students will be earning 1 credit. To sign up students need to see the syllabus and sign up at bit.ly/collposium
Lastly, we have a few juniors making up classes on Accelerate either 0 or 7th period. We want to encourage them to keep working quickly and making progress so will be 100% on track for graduation or college entrance!
12th Grade
Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Palacios will be mailing home graduation checks in the next week. Please review the included documents with your student. We will hold student meetings to discuss their graduation status in the next few months. Keep in mind that students MUST pass their classes this semester to stay on track for graduation.
Some senior students are enrolled in Credit Recovery Opportunities, such as Independent Studies and Accelerate. If your student has these classes on their schedule, it is imperative that they pass these classes with Cs or better.
Senior students, please inform your counselor and college counselor when you receive college acceptances so we can celebrate your SUCCESS!
