School Hours: 8:35 - 3:05
We appreciate your help in getting your child to school on time for a successful start to their day.
- Any arrival after 8:35 (cell phone time) will be marked as tardy and your student must stop in the office for a pass.
- Students arriving after 11:00 AM on a full day or after 9:45 AM on an early release day are considered absent due to tardiness.
- Students who are dismissed before 11:00 AM on a full day, or before 9:45 AM on an early release day, are considered absent due to dismissal.
Students must attend school on the same day to participate in any after-school sanctioned activities.
For more details about attendance policies and other information, please refer to the MRE Handbook via the link below. (Attendance policies begin on page 12.)

Lost & Found
A note of Thanks to the PTO!
A huge thank you to the PTO for purchasing and setting up a new Lost & Found clothing rack complete with bins and hangers! 🎉 These upgrades are a game-changer, making it so much easier to keep things organized and help items find their way back home.
Your support means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for all you do to make our school a better place.
Lost and Found Tips for Families:
- Mark your child's name in jackets, sweatshirts, snowpants, boots... anything you can put their name on. This helps us to get items back to them.
- Remind your student(s) to check the lost and found for any missing items including lunch boxes, water bottles and more!
- It can sometimes take a few days for items to show up in the Lost & Found so students may need to check more than once.
- We are always grateful for volunteers to help organize the Lost & Found area. It does not take much time (usually). Reach out to Mrs. Frommer in the office if you find yourself with a few minutes to help!
