The 2019-2020 PNP Affirmation of Consultation forms are due September 3, 2019 through the ESSA Reports system. The LEA only needs to upload Affirmations for participating PNP schools. For non-participating PNPs, the LEA must keep documentation locally on file. Use the following link to access PNP information and documents.

Authors Kia Jackson, Okori Christopher, and Katie Penkoff will provide an overview of the publication which is primarily designed to assist practitioners in their efforts to engage families in the education and treatment of youth at risk for or involved in the juvenile justice system.
  • The webinar will touch upon topics from the brief including the evolving definition of family, compelling reasons for engaging families, and promising advances in the field. Q. May Title IV, Part A funds be used for bleeding control stations, supplies, and school staff training?

A. No, Title IV, Part A funds must be supplemental. The Texas H.B.496 requires school districts and charter schools to develop and annually make available protocol for school employees in the event of a traumatic injury. The protocol includes maintaining and availability of school bleeding control stations, supplies, and staff training.
