· Follow these EDU WIFI Troubleshooting tips if any of your Chromebooks fail to connect correctly to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.

· To help with Chromebook WIFI Stability our Chromebooks have moved to ChromeOS 130 and we have added a new DNS Profile that should improve our Chromebook WIFI connections.

iPAD NEWS
Quick Cards not working on 7th Gen iPads Issue Fixed by Apple
· IOS 18 released with a bug that stopped Quick Cards from working with 7th gen iPads that were updated to IOS 18.
· Apple has fixed this bug with the release of IOS 18.1.1
· Restoring an iPad with iTunes will update the iPad to IOS 18.1.1 and fix your 7th gen iPad if it is having this issue.
Basic iPad Troubleshooting
· Wiping an iPad is an easy way to fix Software Related Issues for an iPad.
- How to Wipe an iPad
- Once you have wiped the iPad you will need to set it back up following the steps here:
· If an iPad is not updated it can cause apps on the iPad to have issues.
· When your iPad first turns on it should connect automatically to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.
- Follow these EDU WIFI Troubleshooting tips if any of your iPads fail to connect correctly to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.
DREAMBOX
· Deleting the Dreambox App in Settings and then Re-Installing it from JAMF School Student is a great way to fix Dreambox app issues.
