• September 13 - ELAC Meeting, 8:10
• September 23-27 - Conference Week, all students dismiss at 12:30
• September 25 - Conference Day, No School for students

Fall conferences are September 23-27. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday is a full conference day, so students do not attend school that day. During conferences, teachers will discuss your child’s progress thus far. This is also a time to discuss GATE screening for students in 3rd-6th grade. If you are interested in the screening process for your child, please discuss this with your child’s teacher during your conference. Thanks!

All parents of English Learners are invited to attend our first ELAC meeting of the year on Sept. 13 at 8:10 in in MPR. Please click the button below to let us know that you will be there.

Are you interested in representing Acacia at the Champions for Learning committee? Some of the responsibilities include:

• Attend Champions for Learning meetings
• Participate in workshops and District school tours
• LCAP committee participation
• Attend Champions Block Party
• Provide stakeholder input

Safety is our number one priority at Acacia. Please have your backpacks ready and say your goodbyes at home, so that you do not have to get out of your car during our busy drop off time. We are also asking all of our parents and families to please be mindful of all traffic laws around Acacia, and just as a reminder, we do not load or unload on Acacia. Thank you for helping keep all our Pandas safe.

Are you on board to be a room parent? Are you thinking about possibly being a room parent? Please join us to learn the ins and outs of being a room parent at Acacia. We LOVE our room parents They are a vital part of the many events that happen at our school. Please join us right after school at the lunch tables on Thursday, September 5th. Dear Acacia Families,

Welcome to a new school year! As we begin this new chapter together, the Acacia Foundation is delighted to continue supporting our students, staff, and school community. We’re looking forward to another year of learning, collaborating, and providing critical funds to our school through our great events. Our first event is the Membership Drive beginning at the end of August and we can’t wait to see all the Pandas along the fence.
