2019 Proof of Residency Update
District 68 is dedicated to the academic success of all students within our attendance boundaries. To meet our district requirements, proof of residency must be provided for:
- New students, (including kindergarten students enrolling for the 2019-20 school year)
- Current students/families that lease their homes
- Current students who live with a resident who owns a home in the district
The proof of residency process will be repeated if there is a change of residency status at any time during the school year.
Notification letters requesting proof of residency will be mailed home to each family who falls into one of the above categories.
Please come in person to submit the requested proof of residency documentation on May 31 from 9 -1pm.
PLEASE DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS TO SCHOOL OR SEND THEM IN WITH YOUR STUDENTS.

Election Day
Oak Grove will again be a polling site on Tuesday, April 2nd. Voters can park in the upper (Junior High) parking lot. Voting will take place in the Junior High gymnasium. You may only enter the polling area through the doorway located on the west side of the gymnasium. Per law, no campaigning can occur on school property, nor can signs be placed upon school property. As a reminder, morning drop off of students occurs between 7:45-8:20 a.m. and afternoon pickup is 3:20-3:35 p.m. Traffic is extremely heavy during those time periods, so you may consider that as you make your voting plans. Thank you.
