Great week across San Diego
What a beautiful week to be on spring break. We had some incredible sunny days and are hoping that we had the last of the rainy days. The sports world was popping!! San Diego Wave had a record breaking home opener, all the Padre fans weathered a rainy opening day, and the SDSU Men's basketball team is unstoppable!! We are HUGE Aztec supporters at De Portola and we are encouraging everyone to wear red and black or your favorite Aztec gear on Monday, April 3. I couldn't think of a better way to launch this final stretch of the 2022-23 school year.
Girls Soccer
Congrats to the girls soccer for going from not even having enough players for tryouts to taking second place in their division!!
School Wide Pizza Party
Lunch with the Principal

Reporting absences
Absences outside of illness such as death in the family, military deployment leaves, injuries, regular appointments such as doctor, dentist, and orthodontist are excused. Absences outside of the above listed examples should be reported as "personal reasons, non-Covid related". Thank you for your honesty with reporting absences. We are far more concerned about the health and safety of our students and staff than we are with unexcused absences.
Please call the office at 619-605-4800 and press 3 or email Miss Dora at dbriggs@sandi.net for all absences.
