Thank you for a successful end of the 2023-2024 school year! It has been my pleasure to work with the students and staff at Collins Hill once again this year. I truly appreciate the ongoing support you have shown to us throughout the year. Congratulations to the class of 2024! I wish each of you a restful summer and I look forward to welcoming our 9th -11th students back on August 1st for our Meet Your Teacher/Walk Your Schedule Day and on the August 5th the First Day of School.

May Student of the Month -
.Congratulations to the May 2024 Student of the Month Andrew Malooley.
Andrew Malooley is a member of Beta Club, DECA, Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, NHS, Scholar Athlete, NSHSS, Scholar Athlete – Varsity Wrestling and many others.
He has been a scholar athlete in varsity wrestling for the past 3 years, received the Outstanding Student Award in Marketing, gifted Chemistry, AP Physics, 11th Honors Language Art and AP Calculus AB. Three-time Scholar Athlete in Wrestling, four-time GHP Candidate, three academic excellence awards with academic letters.
He is actively involved in community and part of C# Church which he leads the youth audio team, volunteers with the C3 church at various activities with non-profit organizations such as Lawrenceville Co-op and Salvation Army.
Andrew has a passion for helping others, volunteering whenever he can at C3 Church.
Andrew plans to pursue a join GA Tech to pursue a PhD in Biomedical engineering.

Summer School
If students failed a class this semester, they are encouraged to take a class this summer to remain on track towards graduation.
The deadline for face to face summer school classes at Central Gwinnett, Meadowcreek or Shiloh is THURSDAY 5/23 in MyPaymentsPlus.
GOC's summer school registration deadline is FRIDAY 5/24 in MyPaymentsPlus.

2024-25 Student Registration
Student Registration for the 2024-25 school year begins April 8, 2024.
Student Registration for the 2024-25 school year is now open. You may register online. After your student's online registration is complete, you will need to complete the enrollment process at your school.
Who needs to register? All kindergarten students and all new students enrolling in Gwinnett County
Public Schools.
- Please note that students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2024, to register for the kindergarten 2024-2025 school year!

Where can I register my child? Registration is 100% online. Student Registration for the 2024-25 school year begins April 8, 2024. Online registration for GCPS.
Do Current Students need to register for 2024-25? Current GCPS students who are moving will need to complete a change of status form.
Students who enrolled in a school under one of the conditions below will need to renew their form.
You can view the 2024-25 School Calendar on our website and download a copy to help you prepare for the new school year!
Outstanding Fees
Please be reminded that any and all school related materials and fines must be cleared by the end of the semester in order to avoid a hold being put on your account for items such as parking passes, etc.

Address Changes, Emergency Contact Changes, Ordering a Transcript
Current students needing to order transcripts:
Please visit your My Payments Plus account and look under the Events/Activities tab to order and pay for transcripts.
If you have moved to a new home address....
If you have moved, please update your student's address as soon as possible to ensure receipt of school mailings and to remain eligible for school transportation. We are required to have updated proofs of residency on file for all students (including digital learners).
Only the enrolling parent/guardian is allowed to submit address changes. Please follow the steps below to update your student’s information:
1. Fill out the Address Change Form.
2. Bring the form, proofs of residency, and the enrolling parent's ID to the counseling office.
NOTE: Please allow a minimum of two (2) business days for your requests to be processed. Students WILL NOT be issued a permanent bus change until ALL required documents are received.

- Click on ParentVue >> Student Information >> Edit Information
- Follow the prompts to update each section as needed for each student

All activities and fees are now being paid through MyPaymentsPlus. All activities for Collins Hill will begin with CHHS. You can type CHHS in the search bar and all available activities for our school will pop up. Orientation Documents are located there as well and need to be signed.
