PLE FIELD DAY

Families are encouraged to come and cheer on their child, please note you will need to check in at either office before joining your student on the field. Please ensure you have a photo ID with you in case you are currently not in our Raptor System.

To make check in easier please fill out the google form below, and we can get your pre-registered. You will still need to come to the office for your visitor badge.

Students will be outside . Please ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather. Think about layers as the morning can be chilly.

Items you might want your child to have for Field Day

• Sun Screen - Apply prior to your student leaving your home. This can be sent to school with your students, but they are unable to share with anyone else due to allergies
• Water bottle with their name on it
• Hat
• Tennis Shoes
• Active clothes, and even an extra pair of clothes.
• There will be a few water stations where students might get wet.

SOUTH CAMPUS - Kindergarten - 3rd Grade & Littrell

• Morning Session: 9:45am - 11:15am
• Afternoon Session: 1:45 - 2:45

South Campus Lunch Times - Kindergarten - 3rd Grade, 2/3 Littrell

Lunch times begin with a 20 minute indoor recess followed by a 20 minute lunch

Parking is always a bit of challenge for us during events. Please be mindful where you park particularly during drop off and pick up times! We have adjusted the schedule so that hopefully this will not impact families to much.

PLE Field Day Parking Information

If you attend the afternoon Field Day and want to take your student home, before the end of the day at 4:00. You may walk back to your students classroom when the teachers are heading back in and check them out with the teacher.

If you attend field day and want to leave mid day, you will need to bring your student back to the office with you to check out. Please note if you do this classrooms are locked when unattended and it may not be possible to retrieve your students back pack and/or cell phones, as most of our staff will be assisting with field day outside. So please plan according.
