To ensure that we can address as many questions as possible, please submit your questions through this form, which will remain open so that families can submit additional questions after the event.
Any outstanding questions will be addressed with the appropriate administrator. Please understand, while we aim to cover a broad range of topics, there may be some issues that we are unable to address publicly.

Campus Notes
Lower Campus notes
Lockdown Drill (Intruder Alert)
Lower Campus will hold its second preplanned Lockdown Drill (Intruder Alert) this Friday. If you’d like to talk to your child about Lockdown Drills, click here for a resource.
Author Katrina Moore is coming to LC
Kindergarten through 3rd grade students on the Mandarin track will participate in an author visit by Katrina Moore on Thursday, September 12. Katrina will be reading from and discussing her new book, Chang’e on the Moon, about the Chinese legend of the moon goddess.
Library Helper Program
We are seeking 3rd grade students to help in the library this year. The Library will be accepting applications up until September 30. Any interested students should stop by and pick up a form. Please make sure all questions and fields are filled out, as we are unable to accept incomplete applications. If you have any questions, please send an email to Ms. Stowe.
Afternoon Dismissal
If you usually park your car, then walk to campus to pick up your child(ren), please do not park on Heritage Drive west of Charles McDaniel Park (towards Sundown Dr. and Meadowvale Dr.), as doing so makes two-way traffic nearly impossible. Also, please do not double-park in the circular driveway to Charles McDaniel Park. If needed, click here to review all options for afternoon dismissal.
Upper Campus notes
Student Milestones and MAP reports are shared in Individual Student Folders in Google Drive. Be sure to save the link for easy access. Click on this link for directions to locate your folder: How to Access Your Individual Student Folder.

Club members will also participate in additional interactive activities throughout the year, fostering opportunities for leadership and collaboration as well as developing community service projects here in Atlanta. Check out the club flyer for full details and costs. To apply for membership, click here. Membership/registration will be on a first come first served basis for the first 20 students.

Ways to donate: Make an online donation here, or write a check to The GLOBE Academy and drop it off at the front office at either campus (please include your student’s and homeroom teacher’s names on the check).
If you have any questions, please reach out to fundraising@theglobeacademy.net.
