ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES
Our attendance office has experienced an increase in immediate dismissals. Immediate dismissals can be difficult for us to find your student quickly especially if your student is in a gym class or at lunch. Please click on the link below to see our attendance procedures. Calling our attendance office in advance is more efficient for you and our staff.

MUDSOCK BLOOD DRIVE
Parents: HSE needs your help to beat the Tigers in our upcoming blood drive! Blue Crew, Key Club, NHS and Student Council will be hosting a blood drive on Tuesday September 10th. We will be competing against Fishers High School to see which school has the most donors. Student sign-ups will be during all lunches next week outside the Main Cafe and CCA. Please see the flyer below for the parent consent form.

FYAP SNACK ATTACK PROGRAM SIGNUP
Fishers Youth Assistance Program (FYAP) is offering free weekend snack program for youth living within the Hamilton Southeastern Schools District who qualify for the reduced lunch program or have increased need during this time. To sign up for this program, please follow the link below:

REMINDERS
NOTE FROM OUR SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKERS
Hello, HSEHS parents & caregivers! Our school social workers, Miss Feeney and Mrs. Toney, will be running student support groups this semester. These groups will meet once a week during Pathways and could consist of the following topics:
Anxiety/Stress
Low mood/Depression
Grief/Bereavement
LGBTQIA+ Support
Social Skills
***PARENT/GUARDIAN PERMISSION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUPS***

FALL ALTERNATIVE PE CREDIT
Attention 9th, 10th and 11th grade Fall Athletes. If you would like to earn one PE credit through participating in your sport, click on this LINK to sign up for the Fall Alternative PE class. The deadline for signing up is September 13th at 3:00 pm. See your counselor if you have any questions.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and Found has been moved from our Bookstore to our Student Services office. We are located by the CCA Cafe and door 18.
CORRECTION - PARKING TAG INFORMATION
Students that are applying for parking tags for the 2024/25 school year can now complete the paperwork on Skyward. Under "Custom Forms" number 16. Please complete this form on Skyward and then visit the Student Services office to receive your parking tag. Please bring your driver's license and $20, cash or check. All students that drive to school and park are required to have a parking pass.

The purpose of the Royal Pride PTO is to support HSE High School, its students, staff and families through volunteer hours, monetary and in-kind donations, events and programs. Royal Pride PTO is primarily funded through concessions sales and donations. The extent and success of Royal Pride PTO programs and committees are directly impacted by your continued financial support. Please consider making a donation to Royal Pride PTO at https://hse-royal-pride-pto-donations.cheddarup.com/. Royal Pride PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible.
Kroger Community Rewards Program
You can earn money for the Royal Pride PTO just by shopping at Kroger. To use the Kroger Community Rewards Program, visit http://www.kroger.com. Once logged into your Kroger account you can search for HAMILTON SOUTHEASTERN ROYAL PRIDE either by name or WX406 (our organization #) and then click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card. Scanning your rewards card when you shop earns money for Royal Pride PTO. We currently have 114 households supporting Royal Pride PTO. We would love to grow that number!
