Día Reading Celebration, March 13th-17th
During this week, classes will read with their Buddy Classes, classes will write and illustrate a school-wide story, do some word wrangling, and then activities will culminate on Friday the 17th with a Book Swap where every student will be able to bring home a book of their choice, regardless of bringing in a book or not. Also on that Friday, students can dress as their Favorite Book Characters (no costume masks or costume weapons please).
In addition, please keep filling out Bingo Reading Cards and getting donations. We have surpassed our Fundraising goal of $5,000 for Action Center Library Books but we can certainly keep raising money for even more books our kids want and love! We are also still collecting gently-used, engaging books for our book swap. Bring books to the front office or Action Center.
Friendly reminder: Bingo cards must include a parent signature to be eligible for the raffle!
