"How to turn your FB Group into an engagement machine with added value prospecting"
Password: Training
1. Reviving an old group
We took our existing experience and win group- you can also reuse any unengaged groups (fb parties, launch groups etc)
-Deleted all old posts, renamed it and updated the cover photo and description but kept all the people in the group
-We are not posting product photos or arbonne promos
-We are not doing a 15 min party or an event at the end
-We wanted to create a group where people could get a sense of our community, the value we offer, and holistic tips. (Give people a glimpse of what the arbonne community is really about)
- We directly follow up and continue building a relationship with people in the group
-Invite people you are in a convo with and not all of your fb friends- who on your 100 person list would benefit from your group
-Giving people a sense of community while people may be feeling isolated due to quarantine
Incorporating mind/body/skin
- Monthly theme: january we focused on mind body skin and helping people stay accountable to their new years resolutions and also giving people a free community and free content so they can get a feel for our community and what we have to offer without any pressure of purchasing products
- February: Self-love
- March: Manifesting
Content:
- We pre planned the month in advance- every day we are posting something-all posts are schedule out
- Week 1: Mind-share screen of schedule as an example
- Week 2: Body
- Week 3: Skin
- We put things in the group that would add value to our prospects and we advertised in on IG letting people know we have a free wellness club group that anyone can join if they are looking for more tips, trick, community and accountability
- We also directly message our prospects we were already in convo with and invited them in
- Use polls on your IG video so you can also directly message people back
Asking to join:
Someone who you’ve been talking to: “ Hey (name), I was thinking about you recently
because my (friend/business partner, etc.) and I started a wellness group focusing on personal growth from the inside-out and I know that you were working on your own health journey and Ithink you would really love/benefit from it! Would you want to join!
Someone you don’t know who voted: “Hey (name), so pumped that you want to join in, in
our wellness club! What's your facebook name I can add you in right now/Here's the link to
the group i’ll accept you as soon as you request to join
Social Media:
- Talk on your story about your group and it offers, share the weekly schedule so people get a sense of what they would be getting. Polls on every post to get more engagement. You can also add the FB link to your linktree and encourage people to click the link in your bio
- Videos don't post 1x with 1 poll and expect anyone to join (Be consistent)
Free content:
- We don't advertise this group as associated with the business/products of Arbonne but we do reach back individually to each prospect based on their engagement to continue building a relationship and see if we can serve them further.
Graphics:
Everything was made on canva.com
Engagement:
- tell everyone on your team to invite their prospects and IC/PC in and make sure your team is engaging- no one wants to be the first to engage in a group, so have your team lead the way-your prospects won't know
Convert to PC/IC:
- Continue to build a relationship with your prospects, dont just add them in the group and then say nothing. Use their comments or what they’ve mentioned to you as a way to invite them to try the 30 days and or business
- EX: “I’m so glad you’ve been loving the post about body positivity and nutrition, I actually have a 30 day program that focuses more in depth on all of that, if you’re open I’d love to share it with you since you’ve already been loving the community so far”
