2025-2026 Parent/Guardian Input Form
Please take a moment to complete the Merrimac Schools Parent/Guardian input form for the 2025-2026 school year.
This information will be considered by Administration, Teachers and Counselors as part of the 2025-2026 school year placement and scheduling process. Please complete and submit any information no later than Friday, April 11, 2025.
We appreciate and value your input. Please know that the placement decision is made by the school. Please do not make specific teacher requests.

Mark your calendars — the Merrimac PTO’s annual Ice Cream Social is coming up on Wednesday, May 28th from 4:00–5:30pm at the Sweetsir Playground! It’s a fun, laid-back event for the whole family to enjoy some sweet treats and time together as the school year winds down.
