KHS Update
02/14/2025

Principal's Message
Happy February Break! Even though it feels like winter will last forever, spring and then summer will soon be here. Testing season begins and seniors time at KHS is winding down.
Seniors need to pay special attention to make sure that you are keeping up with work because your ability to recover is limited as we get closer to the date of graduation.
Also for Seniors, we're launching the Senior Project for this year. Please see below for specific information about the opportunity. Please remember that there are strict eligibility requirements that include having 40 Community Service hours completed (the completion of these hours is also a graduation requirement at KHS).
February 15th is National SRO Appreciation day so if you see Officer Champlin, tell him than k you for what he does each and every day for us.
Hey Look! Randy Lamb was recognized as the Student of the Quarter in the Video Production class at SRTC! Congratulations Randy!
Thank you to all of the families who stepped up to be host families for the students from Spain. It was a great experience for everyone and we're so thankful of your support.
I hope you all enjoy your time off next week and we'll see you all on February 24th.
Finally, GOOD LUCK to all of our student athletes heading into playoff season! Next week both the Boys and the Girls Basketball teams are in the playoffs, as well as States for Indoor Track and our Rams Swimmers! Our Boys Hockey team have a playoff game too and our Ski team is at the State Shootout. #GORAMS!
Peace and love to EVERY one of you and to all those in your circles,
Scott Tombleson (He/Him/His - What is this?)
Principal - Kennebunk High School

District Announcements
From RSU21 Transportation
Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that, for safety and storage reasons, skis and ski equipment cannot be transported on the school bus during AM or PM school bus routes. The limited space and potential safety hazards prevent us from allowing such items on board.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety of all students during their bus rides. Please make alternative arrangements for transporting skis and ski gear.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
