FENCE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - PLEASE READ

Gate Access

The fencing project is well underway!

SCHOOL ACCESS UPDATES:

Kindergarten Front Entrance THIS WEEK

Front lot/Gibson Entrance - The Kinder front gate near the mural will be OPEN for Kinder drop off and pick-up.
Erringer Kinder Gate will remain OPEN for drop off and pick up.

NO FRONT GATE ACCESS THIS WEEK: Beginning this week (9/30), there will be no access to the school through the front gate. The only entrance/exit at the front of the school for will be at the lunch table gate.

Visibility to the front of the school will be limited during construction which will make it difficult for students to see their cars during pick-up. Please be patient during this time as it will take longer to pick up at the lunch tables during construction.
Both Erringer gates and the back parking lot/blacktop gate are not impacted and will remain accessible.

**Menus are subject to change. Please click on weekly menus below to access Child Nutrition website and most current menus.

School Breakfast and Lunches

All students can receive free breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria. Menus will be posted weekly in this newsletter. However, menus are subject to change so families are encouraged to check the website directly.

Breakfast is served from 7:45am - 8:05am.

****Application for the federal National School Lunch Program for Free or Reduced Price Lunches is not required to qualify for the California Universal Meal Program. If you do not wish to disclose income information or elect not to fill out an application for any reason, your child may still eat free breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria daily.****

Family Fun Fair

Family Fun Fair Volunteer Drive

Classroom Contest K-1st, 2nd-3rd & 4th-5th:

The 1st class to fill all of their “Adult- Run the Booth” slots for their class booth, will win: a class pizza party, an extra recess and 1 free ticket for every student in class!
2nd place will win: a class popcorn party and an extra recess!
3rd place will win: an extra recess!

Volunteer Raffle: Every volunteer signed up for a 30 minute volunteer slot by Tuesday, October 15th will be entered into a raffle to win a bundle of 60 tickets & a VIP Parking Pass for Family Fun Fair! The more volunteer slots you are signed up for the more chances you have to win!!
