Spooktacular Halloween Celebration

Because we're approaching the capacity limit for our Pupatella after-party tonight, ticket sales will end at noon today. If you haven't yet purchased your tickets, do so now ($25 for adults / $15 for kids)!

Each ticket includes an appetizer and choice of several pizzas (with a vegan option), plus drinks for adults.

We need 1 more volunteer to help with games! Please sign up here!

At 5pm, Ross students and families will meet in costume on the Ross playground for games, crafts and prizes until 6pm!

• Please arrive in costume with trick-or-treat bags.
• Kids must be accompanied by parents at all times, and siblings are welcome to join!
• No toy weapons, please.

Starting at 5:45, parents will lead small groups of kids out for Trick-or-Treating at participating businesses along 17th St.

Following the parade, join us for an after-party and dinner at Pupatella pizza restaurant from 6-8pm! Tickets on sale until noon today! (Pupatella is located at 1801 18th St. NW.)

The PTA has purchased a small clip-on light for every Ross student, which will be handed out by teachers at the end of the day today.

Students can wear these lights tonight during the Spooktacular parade to help with visibility while crossing streets.

After tonight, we hope that kids will keep them on their backpacks, to help make it a little safer to walk around our neighborhood at night, especially as it starts to get dark earlier.

The mission of the Ross PTA is to support the education of all Ross students, to support Ross faculty and staff, to foster relationships among parents, staff and community members, and to assist faculty and staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment where all students, families, and faculty can thrive and grow.
