To change your beneficiaries:

Follow the steps below to login.

Login:

Employee ID or Social Security Number (no dashes).


PIN:

The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the last 2 digits of the year you were born (six digits total)

Once logged in, select "Change my beneficiary".

Don't forget to click on "finalize change".
