Last Friday, we were blessed with the most beautiful day to take kids to Hardy Lake to celebrate our first HERO reward party. Kids played games, collected acorns, went on hikes, played wiffle ball, and enjoyed snacks and the nice weather. Big thank for to Hardy Lake for letting us come and spend time there and thank you to the teachers who planned the event.
The count down is on for Fall Break, but first we have some cool experiences for students: Kindergarten will visit Huber's, 1st and 2nd grade are attending a play at Derby Dinner Playhouse, and 4th grade is going exploring at Clifty Falls. These are exciting field trips for our students; I can't wait to hear all about their adventures!
Remember, Fall Break is October 14-18! Have a great week!
