Leading with Purpose: Summer Leadership Retreat
The MCSD Summer Leadership Retreat kicked off with an energizing and thought-provoking experience! Colonel Derrick Floyd set the tone with his powerful message, "Embrace to Empower," challenging us to lead with authenticity and courage. The momentum carried into the afternoon as Ms. Angela Jacobs guided us through "Envisioning the Vision," encouraging leaders to think boldly about the future of our schools. Throughout the retreat, our teams engaged in meaningful discussions, explored i-Ready insights, and dove into intentional strategic planning to shape the path ahead.
Thank you to Parker Pines for hosting us at the beautiful Evergreen Alley—the perfect backdrop for a day of reflection, collaboration, and growth.
