Back to School 2023 NEWSLETTER

As we prepare for a great school year, there are a few reminders to get the year started successfully!

1. Fees are mandatory for all students. You can pay online on our website www.sherwoodmiddlemagnet.org or with cash at the school.

2. SMAMS has a before and after care program - information to sign up below.

Any student not picked up in carpool by 2:45PM will be sent to Extended Day and fees charged. SEE BELOW!!

YOU MAY PICK UP PURCHASED YEARBOOKS AND LEAP SCORES IN THE STUDENT OFFICE.

STUDENT SCHEDULES ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - AUGUST 9, 2023. THEY WILL BE HANDED OUT ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

FINAL DAY FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES IS FRIDAY AUGUST 11, 2023. CHANGES ARE BASED ON ACADEMIC REASONS ONLY PER MS. NOEL!

THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES AFTER THIS DATE.

Update to Carpool Pick up for Next School Year! PLEASE PLAN NOW!!!!

Parents,

Any student not picked up by 2:45 pm from carpool will automatically be enrolled in Extended Day care.

The charge is $20 per day unless enrolled as a drop-in student.

The registration information to enroll as a drop-in is below to sign up for Extended day. This will save you money to be enrolled.

You may bring registration fee and paper to the SMAMS office at any time to enroll.
