Information Fair
Our Information Fair (TCA student registration) is online again this year, for your convenience. You received an email with directions for the information fair registration on Monday, July 29. Registration is open from July 29 - Aug. 6. All parents who have completed their registration by Aug. 6 will receive the names of their children's teachers via email on Aug. 7.
For assistance with the process, you may call the office at 719-282-1181 on Monday, August 5 from 8:00 am -10:00 am and 1:30 pm -3:30 pm.
Carpool
Please be familiar with our carpool flow. Carpool attendants will be there to help you, and it is important to follow their instructions for safety. Click here for our carpool map and procedures.

Morning kindergarten students enter the building when they arrive. Kindergarten tutors and teachers are at carpool with their students.
Handbook
The 2024-25 Student Handbook is now available on the TCA website and in your Infinite Campus parent portal. The TCA handbook is now one combined handbook for all schools. The Elementary section is located on pages 64 - 72. Parents must acknowledge review of the handbook for each student, every school year in the Infinite Campus parent portal.
Uniforms
If you need information on school uniforms, please click here to read the uniform section of the handbook (pages 68-71) - The Elementary handbook will also be available in your D20 parent portal for you to acknowledge your agreement with the policies in the handbook.
Medication Drop-Off
The health room staff will be available to accept your child’s medications/health care plan/immunizations, if applicable, on Aug. 5, 6, or 7 at the East Elementary campus.
TCA Elementary Lunch Program
Click here for information regarding the Colorado Healthy Meals for All. A single school lunch will be provided at no charge to every student. A la carte purchases and the cost to double a meal will continue to be offered for a fee.
Families that qualify should still apply for the Free and Reduced Program. Click here for information. Families that qualify will receive discounts on other school fees.
