Welcome back to another great week at Ruben Hinojosa Elementary!

We hope that all of you had a wonderful and restful Spring Break with friends and family! As of today, we only have 10.5 weeks left of school. We encourage you to view our weekly newsletters and our monthly calendars. Our Spring calendars have many events, activities, and testing dates.

Thank you to our students and families who joined us for our Open House event! Our staff and parents had a great time interacting with each other and our students enjoyed their time with friends and classmates. If you did not get an opportunity to join us for Open House, please contact your child's homeroom teacher to schedule a quick conference to pick up your child's report card.

This week, our Kinder - 2nd grade students will take their STAAR Jr Benchmarks. Please schedule any appointments late in the day or on a day when they are not testing.
