Detective Frank Maresca from the Mamaroneck PD, along with one of the bicycle officers visited Daniel Warren to demonstrate how to safely walk and bike through a crosswalk. They made all our young panthers "Junior Officers" when they distributed badge stickers and they provided a safety pamphlet to go home to families so you can extend the conversation.

Mrs. Fuentes Goodman, our elementary counselor, introduced "Talk it up Thursday" geared to helping students make connections. Lunchtime is always a social time of day but on Thursday she placed talk cards around the room for a special chat and chew time!

On Tuesday, September 17th at 5:00PM, the District will test our emergency notification system. You will receive a phone call, an email and a text message of the alert. If you receive an incomplete series (for example, a phone call but no email), please log in to your Parent Portal account to update your contact information.

The Parent Portal provides you with 24/7 access to your child’s academic information. With a parent portal account, you may log on at any time to view information regarding your child’s report cards and attendance. It also gives us a summary of your demographic information. Please keep this current, so we can ensure you receive all district communication. We will send home in backpack mail your child(ren's) student ID along with more information about eSchool. If you currently have an active account you do not need to set up a new account.

The District and the Board of Education provide opportunities for community members to take an active role in our schools. The District’s Board Committees and Advisory Committees currently have open positions for community volunteers. Please scan the QR code to complete the application for that committee. No LEFT turns into the DW driveway during arrival and dismissal.

We're excited to kick off our lunch composting program that takes place daily, 11:50-12:50.

If you need spirit wear before homecoming then please look out for our pop ups outside F.E. Bellows on Tuesday September 17th and Daniel Warren on Thursday Sep 19th --both at pick up.

When picking up your child early, please notify the main office by phone or email in advance. Early dismissal should take place prior to 2:30. After 2:30, we ask that you to wait till the regular time since staff are assisting and preparing for student dismissal.
