A Tier II Intervention
Please join the Allegheny Intermediate Unit's Training & Consultation Team for this VIRUTAL Training.
Self-monitoring is a highly effective Tier 2 strategy for behavior change, designed to help students self-assess and record their behavior. By monitoring their actions, students naturally increase their focus to achieve desired outcomes. This virtual training will guide participants through structuring a self-monitoring intervention. Attendees will receive numerous resources and be introduced to I-Connect, a free technology-based self-monitoring system.
Participant Information
Target Audience:
General education teachers, special education teachers, interventionists, coaches, principals, special education liaisons, other administrators, agency person, school counselors, school psychologists, social workers
Act 48 Hours: 2.5 (two and a half) Act 48 hours will be awarded after the training.
Cost: There is no cost to attend this training.
Registration Priority: Educators who work for LEAs in the AIU3 region will have priority registration.
