A message from Mrs. Cuevas:
2025-2026 School Year Registration is Here!
It is once again time to open registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. We kicked off Catholic Schools Week Sunday and student registration opened Monday. We will begin accepting New Students on February 10th, so if you are a returning student and want to secure your spot, register now. We are very excited about the number of inquiries we have received thus far from prospective students, and we are quickly approaching maximum capacity enrollment numbers. Several grade levels already have a waiting list, so please do not procrastinate.
Last year, we embarked on a multi-level, multi-year plan to bring improvements to the programs available to our students, provide teachers with a fair wage, and ensure the continuity of high-quality Catholic education for all of our children; all while keeping a balanced and healthy budget in the forefront - no small undertaking for sure. Our challenge is to accomplish all of this without placing any more significant burden on our school families, and in that spirit, The Society of St. George has been created. In addition we are writing grants and working with several foundations to secure funds through donations to assit with our Strategic Plan.
Our budgetary goals remain focused on educational excellence and nurturing a faith-based Catholic environment. Our outstanding faculty has been blessed with the addition of several new, highly qualified, dynamic teachers, and many new programs have been successfully implemented, all of which contribute to our continued academic success and the spiritual growth of our students. We must keep this momentum going, which will, in turn, require another slight tuition increase.
I genuinely want each of you to know that we believe that Holy Trinity is truly a place where children love to learn and learn to live because of the support of our fantastic community and our wonderful families!
Pax et bonum,
Haleigh Cuevas

Important Notes:
- Please remember applications must be complete and submitted for all current awarded scholars to remain on scholarship, and all new applicants must submit a complete application with all required taxable and nontaxable documentation to be considered for an award. We only accept applications submitted via the ACE application in FACTS and are only able to review complete applications. Applicants may begin the application, save, and log back in at a later date to upload their income documentation prior to the 11:59 p.m. deadline on April 15th. Applications are not able to be submitted after the 11:59 p.m. deadline.
- Returning awarded families do not need to attach docs to verify income. They must use their prior-year FACTS login (username and password).
- We will again prioritize awards for returning students. We encourage any family who qualifies and is interested in a scholarship to apply. We will accommodate as many additional awards as we are able.
- We do not award scholarships to students in Pre-K in Mississippi.
- We will not provide scholarships to exceed 25% of a school’s enrollment.
- There is a $35 FACTS application fee per family to apply to ACE. If a family has already applied to your school via FACTS, they will not need to pay the fee a second time.
- As a reminder, during the application season, please utilize (and encourage your families to utilize) our help center, support email mssupport@acescholarships.org & phone line (856) 746-6521 to ask questions of our team as any one of us is able to respond in times of high volume!
All current partner schools will be included on the application in FACTS even if the programs team has not had a chance to confirm receipt of your school’s School Partnership Agreement. Please ensure that your school has BOTH updated your school information as well as agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Information is required in all mandatory fields before hitting the orange update button after the ACH information. Next, agree to the Terms and Conditions, then hit the second orange update button.

A Message From Mrs. Jordyn:
Counselor's Corner
You don't need a reason to be kind. Kindness is always a choice. The more you practice it, the more natural it becomes! Watch these videos with your family to find out all the different ways you can spread kindness to the world.

KINDNESS... Talk About It!
Tell me about a time when someone was kind to you. How did it make you feel?
What do you think kindness means, and why is it important?
Who is someone in your class you can show kindness to?
What are some ways you can be kind to people at home, at school, and in your community?
KINDNESS... Practice it!
Spend time writing encouraging notes to people in your community and hand deliver them. This could be neighbors, policemen, teachers, postal workers, nursing home residents, firefighters, etc.

Chorus
Holy Trinity, Father, Spirit, Son
We come together here as one
To pray, to learn, and to grow
In the loving kindness that you know.
Come with us to work and play together
We are all a part of one big family,
In a school filled with joy, spirit, peace
Our love will grow as you can see.
Repeat Chorus
Sharing God’s love as a community
Each day we work to build a unity
Caring and loving others as we go
Just as Jesus taught us years ago.
Repeat Chorus
Big and small, God made them all
