It's been a great first couple of weeks here at school! We are thrilled to be learning and growing together once again. Please enjoy this newsletter for important updates and announcements for the month. We've got lots of things going on!
A few refreshers:
- No u-turns in front of the school-especially at the intersection (not only is it unsafe, it's against city code 41-6a-802).
- All street crossing MUST be done at the cross walk--even if there are no cars coming. We want to instill those good habits early on.
- Pull all the way forward at the pick up line so we don't block traffic.
Just a reminder that the late bell rings at 9:15. You are welcome to bring your children before then, however if they arrive before 8:45 the supervision is limited.
Nebo School District offers free hearing screenings for all students in kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade each year. This year, these screenings will be held at Sage Creek the morning of Tuesday, September 3rd. If for any reason you would prefer your child’s hearing NOT be screened, please contact LeAnn Betts at leann.betts@nebo.edu.
