Aspen Portal Changes

We're excited to introduce a new self-service password reset feature for the Aspen Parent Portal that allows parents to reset their Portal passwords. We've prepared user-friendly guidance materials, including a comprehensive video tutorial and PDF (please review the attached file) instructions, to support families through this process.
The portal support team remains available at portal@bwrsd.org for any questions or additional assistance.

My School Bucks Autopay information

Re: MySchoolBucks (MSB) Autopay Notification

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Due to MSB system and security settings autopay is automatically disabled whenever a students/users account hits the negative (i.e. -$0.01) and as a result requires the student/user of the account to make a manual payment to the selected threshold for a full 24 hours in order for it to be re-enabled.

Autopay needs a full 24 hours to charge and deposit funds; therefore, MySchoolBucks recommends that the student/users autopay threshold is 3x the daily amount they spend. This ensures that the system has enough time to replenish funds and cover the student/users daily intake without any errors or issues.

If parents have enabled it through their settings they are notified when an account is low or when auto-pay is turned off due to a negative balance.

Videos are available to all users on MySchoolBucks.com through the 'Help' tab. Parents and users can also contact our MSB Parent Support Line Monday-Friday from 7 AM EST to 7 PM EST at: 1-855-832-5226.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for up to 3 volunteers daily in our Lunchroom and Recess yard. Lunchroom tasks would include helping students in the serving line, getting students seated, supervising clean up etc. Recess tasks would include supervising students outside, cleaning up supplies, transporting classes from the recess yard to the cafeteria. A current BCI is mandatory. Volunteer training would be provided. A minimum of two days per week commitment is preferred. Hours are from 11:05- 12:25. Sign Up below if interested.

Upcoming Holiday Party and Raffle Baskets

The Rockwell Holiday Party will be Tuesday December 10th from 5:30-7:30pm. Details are in the flyer- we encourage you to sign up and pay in advance!

Raffle Baskets- We are also going to have raffles at the holiday party and this year we are doing themed baskets by classroom! Please consider donating to your child's classroom basket. Below are Google document links for each classroom- please add your name and details to what you can provide. Items are being collected until December 2nd. Thank you!

Holiday Shop

Every year the students have the opportunity to do holiday shopping for their family and friends during the school day. For those who have participated in the past, the format will be a little different this year! Details to come. This year the holiday shop will be on Tuesday December 17th and Wednesday December 18th.

Food Drive

THANK YOU to everyone who donated towards the Rockwell Food Drive! As a part of their community service hours, the 5th graders sorted food for the East Bay Food Pantry and Friends of St. Elizabeth Food Pantry. They also put together 100 senior bag items for the Senior Center's upcoming bus trip.
