Final Exams at Peachtree Ridge
Because we are on the block system, Peachtree Ridge has final exams four times a year: October 8 & 9, December 19 & 20, March 12 & 13, and May 20 & 21. Final exams are half days due to the importance of the assessments and to provide students with ample studying time. Students will arrive at school during regular hours, but they will leave at 11:20. The busses will take them home at this time. Also, we do not serve lunch on these days. Final Exams cannot be given early. Please remind your students that they need to bring their Chromebook fully charged for final exams.
Tuesday 10/8

2nd Block Exams: 9:20 - 11:20
Wednesday 10/9

Are you in a STEM Career?
Through our SPIRE program, students receive integrated, accelerated science instruction with an emphasis on research and engineering. The intent of the SPIRE program is for students to design, participate, and research authentic experiences related to STEM careers through project-based applications. Our SPIRE program is currently seeking to make connections with members of our community who are involved in STEM-related careers. We would like to implement your STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) expertise into our lessons and projects to ensure our SPIRE students are learning both relevant and authentic knowledge from your field.
