The Pine Creek PTO has been hard at work this summer planning to make this year the best yet!! Hopefully you got a chance to take some great pictures by the fun decorations around school!!

Thank you to all the parents and kiddos who joined us for our Annual Tears & Cheers Breakfast this week! We hope everyone had an enjoyable time catching up with friends and hopefully making some new ones for the upcoming school year!!

All orders will be delivered to your child's classroom unless you choose shipping as your delivery option!

Bennington Public Schools wants to welcome volunteers in a caring and appropriate manner. We want individuals to feel comfortable volunteering while maintaining a safe environment for our students. Click here to view these procedures and guidelines to assist in creating and maintaining safe working environments for all.

The PTO is looking for volunteers on the first Friday of each month to help with the popcorn treat! If you are able to volunteer your time, please sign up below!

Because this volunteer opportunity is during school hours, non-school aged children are not able to attend with their parents.

Want to volunteer but can't find time during the workday? Join us to help cut, sort, staple and paste projects for Pine Creek staff every third Monday of the month!

The PTO is looking to organize parents from each classroom who are willing to help plan a trunk for the annual Trunk or Treat, a Winter party, coordinate a class gift for their teacher and help with any needs the classroom teacher may have throughout the year.

Before signing up please note volunteers must:

• ALL Room Parent Volunteers MUST complete the Bennington Public Schools Volunteer Application and return it to school prior to volunteering. See the link to school volunteer procedures here and the form to complete here.
• When volunteering to be a Room Parent, please ensure that your schedule allows you to attend classroom parties, you are available to help plan and execute these events and are willing to have an active role in this position.
• Designate ONE parent who will act as a communication liaison between parents and school. Mrs. Peterson will not be sending any emails out on Room Parent's behalf this year.

There will be a Room Parent only meeting on Thursday, August 29th at 6:30 pm in the Pine Creek Library. More information will be provided via email to those that sign up.

The Pine Creek PTO appreciates all our Room Parent Volunteers! We could not provide such fun activities for our students without your help!!

All volunteers will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes at the end of the year.

The more times you volunteer, the more chances you have to win!!

Join us on Monday, August 19th from 7-8 pm in the Pine Creek Library to learn all about the exciting events and activities the PTO has planned for this year! You can also sign up to volunteer, purchase Pine Creek swag, and enter to win raffle prizes like a gift card to Target, Starbucks or Casey's and the VIP Parking Spot!!

We hope to see you there!!

Come join us on Thursday, September 12 from 5-7 pm for a night of food and fun!! There will be food trucks available for purchase, along with yard games for families to play!

This Fall Event is sponsored by the Pine Creek PTO!!

We are also looking for volunteers to help with clean up after the event. If available please sign up below!!

Watch for information coming to your family soon on how to register your children and participate in the annual fundraiser! This year we are celebrating all things BADGER!! Students can win a chance to win raffle prizes, classroom prizes and individual prizes by gathering donations from friends, family and neighbors.

As a reminder, our annual fundraiser is necessary to ensure the PTO can continue to provide needed support to the students and staff at Pine Creek!

This year we are raising money to fund our annual budget and also for the newly installed playground expansion!!

We are in need of parent volunteers at various times throughout the two weeklong fundraising event. If you are available to help, please see the sign up below!

Reminder for our next regular PTO meeting on Monday, September 9th at 7 pm in the Pine Creek Library! The PTO holds meetings every first Monday of the month.

Join us at Cup and Cone in Bennington on Friday, August 16th from 6-8 pm for a sweet treat to finish up the first week of school AND at the Runza in Bennington on Thursday, August 22nd from 5-8 pm! A portion of the proceeds goes directly back to Pine Creek PTO!

Last year, your support at our monthly Badger Bite Nights helped us raise $3,200 for stocking the book vending machine!
