Khan Academy is known for its great resources and powerful website for aiding teachers and students. Now Khan Academy has harnessed the power of AI to create Khanmigo, a one-stop shop for teachers and students. Teachers can use the tool to help create and streamline lesson planning, prep for substitutes, create lesson hooks, and create quick first drafts of emails, grading rubrics, or activities. For students, it may be even more powerful. Khanmigo is a true tutor, instead of giving students the answers to problems it prompts, asks questions, and guides students towards understanding. Very few applications you can use in class would be seen as "cool" by students in the classroom but Textfx is trying to do just that. Appealing to the more creative side of users Textfx has 10 AI-powered tools that are geared towards writers, wordsmiths, and even rappers. These 10 tools are designed to expand the writing process by generating creative possibilities with text and language. Each tool is designed for specific outcomes like alliteration, or fuse - the tool that finds a link between two different terms like graveyard and library (which it states are both symbolic representations of the past), simile generator for a term or topic. Transcribing voice-to-text is an amazing tool. But let's be honest most of us don't speak the way we want to type emails or text. We get the "ummmmm's" we say "like" too much or just can't express our thoughts clearly when we speak and we ramble. Well here is AudioPen to the rescue. An amazing tool that transcribes your thoughts, runs it through its integrated AI, and cleans up the thought process into much cleaner text.
