Each class will last for about 10 minutes, and you will meet your child’s teacher and learn about their classroom. You can come at 5:15 to look around
Optional Summer Opportunity for 6th, 7th and 8th graders
If students and parents would like to come in and tour the building and drop off supplies in your lockers, we will be open from 9:00am -1:00pm on August 21st. There will be no teachers here that day but if there are issues with lockers, we will have custodians here to help.
If you can’t make it, no worries, the first two days of school we will have time built in for students to organize their lockers and get help.

Health Office Information
We are looking forward to welcoming students back in a few short weeks. If your student will need to take daily medication in the health office or have a procedure done during the school day, please refer to the link below and click the Medications at School tab to find the correct form .
https://www.sowashco.org/services/health.
Medication Authorization Form: Should be filled out if your student will be needing to take prescription medications during the school day or will need to have a procedure done during the school day. Form should be returned with the medication to be administered and all necessary supplies for the procedure prior to the first day of school. This form should also be filled out and signed by both Parent and Provider.
Self-Authorization Form: If your student will be self-carrying a prescription medication for emergencies such as Inhalers or Epi-Pens, this form must be filled out and returned. The LSN will meet with the student and will update records to show self-carry approval. Even if you have previously filled out the self-carry form, a new one is needed each year. We do encourage middle school students to self-carry their inhalers as much as possible.
OTC medications: If you want your student to be able to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen during the school day, please update information in Campus authorizing self-carry of these medications. Note: you must send the medication with your student as the health office does not supply medications
Also now is a great time to check in with your child(ren)’s provider to ensure that all vaccines are current. Health office staff return to Woodbury Middle School on August 26th and we will be available to answer any questions. Please feel free to email or call with questions or concerns.
