As we wrap up another school year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Our students have shown incredible growth and resilience, reflecting their commitment to learning.

Thank you to our parents for your unwavering support; it has made a tremendous impact. To our dedicated teachers and staff, your passion and hard work have been vital to our success.

Let’s celebrate the unique roles each of you has played in making this year memorable. Wishing everyone a restful and joyful summer. For those returning in August, I look forward to welcoming you back. For those moving on, I wish you success and happiness in your future endeavors.

Summer Office Hours at Southwest Middle

As we head into the summer season, please be aware that Southwest Middle will operate on a modified schedule.

• From June 9th through June 13th, the school office will be open to the public from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
• From June 17th through August 9th, the school office will be open to the public Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  
• In observance of Independence Day, the office will operate on a revised schedule during that week: From Monday, June 30th, through Wednesday, July 3rd, the office will be open from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  
• The office will be closed on Fridays from June 20th through August 7th.

You can access your child’s EOG and EOC Individual Student Report (ISR) assessment results through your PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

To view the electronic copies of the ISR in PowerSchool, log into PowerSchool through a web browser. Once on the website, click on State Test Reports in the left-hand menu bar.

When a parent/student clicks on [English] or [Spanish], it doesn't open on the computer screen. It downloads the .pdf to the computer and/or device. The parent/guardian/student will then access the download and then open the .pdf for their results. Please note the score may not automatically appear on the screen, and it might need to be accessed through the downloads folder.

The ISR is not viewable on the PowerSchool app.
