Cyclone Central
August 30, 2024
Cyclone Families,
We are thrilled to welcome you back to a new school year at Center School! It's hard to believe that the first week is already behind us, and what an incredible start it has been!
Our students have quickly settled into their new routines, reuniting with old friends and making new ones. The enthusiasm and energy throughout the school have been infectious, and it's clear that we are in for a fantastic year.
Looking ahead, please join us for the first CSA (Center School Association, parent-teacher group) meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 10th at 6:00 pm. Superintendent, Dr. Michael Barnes, and Treasurer, Mr. Scott Snyder, will be joining the meeting to share factual information about the levy.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Your involvement is key to our students' success!
Sincerely,
Kate Rateno
Principal, Center Elementary School
Check out our New Cyclone Pledge
As a part of our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) system, we are teaching our Cyclones to show Responsibility, Respect, and Integrity. Throughout the year, we will be teaching about how we can work together as a school community to show these qualities and make it a positive environment for all. Families can partner with us by talking about these qualities at home and helping to reinforce positive behaviors in these areas.
