Trojan Scoop
December 2024
Welcome back, from Dr. Gonzalez!
Dear Catalina Parents and Community,
As we approach the end of the semester and the upcoming winter break, I want to emphasize the importance of maintaining focus and responsible behavior in the classroom.
Academically, it's crucial for students to keep up with their coursework and ensure their grades are on track. Please encourage your children to prioritize their studies, complete assignments on time, and seek help from their teachers if needed.
Additionally, I kindly ask that students refrain from using cell phones during class time. These devices can be a distraction and hinder the learning environment for everyone.
Finally, I urge all students to maintain appropriate behavior both in and out of the classroom. Let's work together to create a positive and productive atmosphere as we conclude the semester and prepare for a well-deserved break.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child's education.
Sincerely,
Dr. Norma Gonzalez Principal, Catalina High School

Coming in a close second, we have Mr. Ford's class. They fought hard and should be proud of their achievement!
