Mr. Hiti's Message
A huge thank you to our PTA for the excellent fundraiser they held to support our school. The time and energy it took to put on the BFF was very much appreciated! Thank you to everyone who attended the wonderful event, and to those who bid on and purchased items. We appreciate your willingness to support our students and teachers and this helps out in many ways!
Winter will arrive soon. Please pay attention, have patience, and slow down while driving on and around school grounds.

A Note from the Nurse
The health office is always looking for extra clothing items for our students and, most often, those come from donations. I would like to request that as you are doing your fall cleaning and going through clothes, please think of donating things like socks, leggings, sweatpants, hoodies, and t-shirts of all sizes. They will be put to good use! New underwear is also much appreciated.
Thank you from myself and all our students!

Bundle Up!
As the winter chill sets in, please remember to dress warmly for school. A heavy coat, hat, gloves, and warm boots are essential for staying comfortable and safe during the colder months. If your student is in need of any winter gear, please contact Steph Hogan at 651-403-7745 or stephanie.hogan@isd197.org
Unlock Discounts & Support School Funding: Apply for Educational Benefits
We encourage all families to apply for Free and Reduced-Price Meals benefits to help maximize resources for our students and school community! Submitting an Application for Educational Benefits each year ensures that our schools receive vital funding and enables qualifying families to access additional discounts. Although the Free School Meals for Kids Program remains in effect for 2024-25, providing all students with one free breakfast and lunch each day, completing this application can qualify eligible families for additional benefits like reduced fees for sports, college applications, discounts at local museums, and more.
Apply by December 5 using the current year’s form for School District 197 to take advantage of these opportunities. Apply for benefits here.
Dakota County Winter Clothing Swap
On Saturday, November 23rd, Dakota County is hosting an outdoor winter clothing swap for the community. Find out more information by following this link.
