Caring for the Caregiver
Mental Health America (MHA) is proud to recognize November as National Family Caregivers Month — a time to celebrate the contributions of caregivers, provide them with tools that they need, and continue to advocate for individuals with mental illness. This month, we celebrate the millions of caregivers in the U.S. who do so much for others. Mental Health America has the resources and information they need to protect their own #MentalHealth and well-being.
