From the Principal - Hello and Welcome!
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I extend a warm welcome to you as part of the Thomas Jefferson Middle School family. As the new principal, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve our vibrant and diverse community, and I look forward to partnering with you to ensure the success and well-being of every student.
As I enter my 25th year in Education, I believe in providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Education is a collaborative effort that requires the active involvement of parents, teachers, and staff. I am confident that together, we can create meaningful and enriching experiences that will inspire a lifelong love of learning in our students.
As we embark on the journey of middle school, it's essential for us to come together as a community and share our thoughts, hopes, and worries. Parents, your perspective is valuable in shaping this approach as are the students and staff members. Please take a moment and reflect on your greatest hopes and biggest worries about middle school using the link provided below. Your insight will not only help us understand the diverse experiences within our community but also guide us in providing the support needed to navigate this transition successfully. This survey is anonymous, I simply ask that respondents identify themselves as a student, staff member, or parent. Your input is crucial in creating a supportive environment where every member feels heard and respected.
Thank you for your participation and commitment to our collective growth.
Once again, welcome to Thomas Jefferson Middle School. I am honored to serve as your principal, and I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. Together, I am confident that we can make a difference in the lives of our students and build a strong, supportive community that will empower them to succeed.
With warmest regards,
Tamara Byrne
