THE LION'S ROAR: Issue IV
Dear Lion Families,
As we approach an exciting new phase of the school year, I wanted to share some wonderful opportunities that will soon be available for our students.
In the upcoming weeks, we are thrilled to kick off our fall sports programs, which will include volleyball, cross country and football (see information here). These activities offer a great chance for students to stay active, make new friends, and develop their athletic skills. We encourage your child to join and be part of these exciting teams!
Additionally, ASB will be hosting a Club Fair during lunch hours on September 6th. This is an excellent opportunity for students to explore a variety of clubs and extracurricular activities that align with their interests and passions.
We are also excited to announce that ASB will be coordinating Spirit Week between September 16th - 20th, where students will be encouraged to participate in a variety of fun activities. Spirit Week is a fantastic way for students to show their school spirit, bond with classmates, and enjoy a series of themed days and events.
We encourage you to talk with your child about these upcoming opportunities and support their involvement. Engaging in these activities not only enhances their school experience but also helps them grow personally and socially.
Thank you for your continued support in making our school a vibrant and enriching environment for all our students. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to reach out.

View additional details in the document linked here. Advisory classes will support each student with organizing these materials.

Just a friendly reminder that Snap-On cases on the Chromebooks need to stay on at all times. Beginning Tuesday, Chromebooks will be collected if they do not have a case. The fine for a case is $30. A typical screen repair is $200. Devices damaged beyond repair and require replacement are $380.
