The Penny Reed Award for Excellence in Assistive Technology Innovation & Leadership
is presented to Oregon leaders in Assistive Technology whose passion and vision brightens the future for the students of Oregon. The award honors Dr. Penny Reed, the author of the original OTAP grant more than 30 years ago. Penny's influence has roots in the past and gives wings to the present and future.
