Robotics Opportunity For Students (attachment below)
Principal Rivera,
If you can get a HS teacher to fill out our intake form. We can provide supplies needed for a class or club to work on coding and robotics. We can also send 2 UG students from my lab once a week to assist assuming we can make schedules align between classes at SHS and NMT.

Anyone Interested in a Guest Speaker?
My name is Carol Manchester Brown.
I am contacting you on behalf of the national, nonpartisan, student-led organization of Students for Nuclear Disarmament dedicated to raising awareness among youth about the threat that nuclear weapons pose for humanity and to unite them in urging the United States government to pursue a common-sense nuclear weapons policy. https://www.students4disarmament.org/
We, in New Mexico, are fortunate to have Eddie Laiche, a steering committee member of this organization visiting us the latter part of March.
Eddie is a student at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, California. He is determined to visit as many schools as possible to encourage other students to start a Students for Nuclear Disarmament Club in their schools to expand this grassroots movement of youth for nuclear abolition.
I invite you to contact me to arrange for Eddie to come to Socorro High School to speak to interested students and faculty during the last week of March.
Thank you so much for your consideration!
