Now is the time for us to begin scheduling times for our April student-led/student-voice conferences. Our teachers are excited to have an opportunity to meet with you and your child to discuss their progress. During this time, your child will be able to share evidence of their learning, discuss collective goals for the year, and work with their teacher to answer any questions you might have about your child’s experience here at Pritchett School. Pritchett School will have (2) spring conference dates:
Wednesday, April 16 (1:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
Thursday, April 17 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)
**Please ONLY sign up for (1) conference over the (2) days indicated above.**
Our Spring student-led/student-voice conferences apply to conferences scheduled with your child’s homeroom teacher only. Our emergent bilingual teachers, case managers, and related service providers prioritize meeting with parents/guardians at the classroom teacher conference time. However, if a parent/guardian feels the need to schedule a specific conference with one of these specialized staff members, then that specialized staff member will not join the meeting with the classroom teacher.
If you are unable to attend on the scheduled days and times, please email the classroom teacher at your earliest convenience. You may arrange a telephone conference on a day/time that works for both the teacher and the family.

Once you have selected a time that works best for your schedule, kindly double-check that your confirmation email aligns with your calendar invitation to avoid any confusion. Please note the deadline to schedule a conference appointment is April 11.
