FALL CAREER FAIRS
September is THE MONTH to attend The Office of Student Engagement & Career Development Career Fairs. Career Fairs are held on September 17, 24, and 25. Please go HERE to see more information, learn more and RSVP! Psychology and Psychological Science majors are often offered interviews on the spot!
2024 College of Science Career Fair
Wednesday, September 18, 9:00 am-1:00 pm AZ time in-person in Bear Down Gym
Event Description: This event is open to students across all College of Science majors! Employers will have opportunities available for internships and full-time roles across Mathematics & Computational Sciences, Earth, Physical, & Space Sciences, Neural, Cognitive, & Behavioral Sciences, as well as Life & Molecular Sciences.
Business professional attire is recommended and we highly encourage students to book an appointment with our Career Coaches to prepare for the Career Fair.

Event Description: My name is Sam Thomas and I am a former Women's basketball player at the U of A. I was able to continue my career in the WNBA and spend some time playing in Italy. I graduated with a degree in Psychology and a master's in educational leadership. I now work for a sports agency as a client service representative. Sports had been my entire life; entering "The Real World" seemed intimidating, but little did I know that I was already ahead of the game. Through sports, I have taken numerous etiquette classes, participated in mock job interviews, and created connections that have led me to my current job. I hope to help by giving as much advice/tips as possible about how important the little things are and what can help set you up for success post-graduation.
