Intent to Return
ALL PARENTS, please sign into Skyward and fill out the Intent to Return form for your child. This helps us plan for the upcoming school year.
Lost and Found
PLEASE have your child check the lost and found bin by the office for anything they have lost. The bin is OVERFLOWING, so please have them take a look!!
In need of Spring Break child care?
Adventure Club is offering child care this Spring Break at Peifer Elementary. They will have care available from Mon., March 24 through Fri., March 28 from 6:30am - 6:00pm. If you have any questions please contact the Adventure Club Office at (219)865-6283
Project Lifesaver
The Dyer Fire Department is proud to introduce Project Lifesaver, a transformative program designed to assist in locating individuals who are prone to wandering due to cognitive conditions such as autism, dementia, or Alzheimer's. Project Lifesaver utilizes cutting-edge technology that allows first responders to quickly and effectively locate individuals who have wandered from safety. This program provides peace of mind to families and ensures that vulnerable members of our community are protected. If a Dyer resident is interested in learning more or determining if their loved one qualifies for enrollment, please email projectlifesaver@townofdyer.com.

Kindergarten Enrollment
Kindergarten Enrollment for 2025-2026 school year was last month. If you have an incoming Kindergartener and missed enrollment, please go online to lcsc.us and fill out the enrollment documents as soon as possible.
PARENTS: Mark your calendars for an Informational/Hands-On Meeting for Incoming Kindergarteners on Thursday, May 8 at 6:00pm in the auditorium at Lake Central High School. Parents ONLY please!!
