Hi Wilson Families! Hope everyone is enjoying their Thanksgiving break! Here is the final 2024 edition of our PTA newsletter! Please note, there is some important information about the upcoming Winter Social and an opportunity to volunteer. Wilson's SRO, Officer Munoz, is working with Plano Police Department's Christmas Cops program and asking for teen specific donations. These items will go to teens here at Wilson and in our Plano community. There will be donation boxes in the front lobby and in Officer Munoz's office if would like to donate.

Come out for the first social of the school year, A Winter Formal! Dress to impress! Tickets are $5 (Cash only). They will be sold during lunch time at the school store 12/4-12/6. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Hi Wilson Families! We are so excited to have our 1st social of the school year! It will be a Winter Formal so dress your best and get ready for a winter wonderland.

We are in need of volunteers and donations to make this magical for our students. Please make sure all donations are turned into the office by the morning of 12/4. Also, all volunteers must be approved by Plano ISD. This needs to be completed only one time each school year. If you have not been approved this year, start the process at https://plano.voly.org This form only takes minutes to fill out, but can take days to be approved so make sure to do this right away.

Tickets will be $5. They can be purchased during lunch periods at the school store on Wednesday (12/4), Thursday (12/5), and Friday (12/6). Cash only.

Stay organized Wilson Students! Get your 24-25 Wilson Planner. Plenty of space to write your daily assignments, calendar of school breaks, colorful pages with helpful tips for specific subjects, maps, and more! These planners are optional. Get them online or at the school store during lunch hours for only $10!

Wilson Middle School PTA - Wilson School Store 2024-2025 (membershiptoolkit.com)

Here at Wilson we have the amazing privilege of selling spirit wear, and fun items for your students to purchase at our school store during their lunch period. We will be opening the school store every week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We will need your help as volunteers, to keep the store open throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering throughout the year, please click on the volunteer form sign up link below. Once you have signed up to volunteer, you will receive an additional email with all the information you will need to run the school store. We hope to see you up there!

The School Store continues to be a fun little shopping treat for the students during their lunch time! The money that is made at the school store is put to good use. It goes directly to Wilson for socials, guest speakers, school improvements, etc. if you would like to volunteer and join the fun we would love to have you!

The PTA works behind the scenes to make so many special things happen for our Rams. And we can't do it without you! Your PTA dues help to sponsor socials, the school store, speakers and more. We also use the dues to show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate them. We hope you join us in reaching 300 and building up our Ram community even more to support our teachers and students.

- Libby: downloadable e-books, audiobooks, and magazines

- Kanopy: streaming movies and shows for all ages

- GALE Databases including Nat Geo Kids for research and photos for projects
