Message from Principal Payne

Dear Lovin Elementary Parents and Families,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! We are thrilled to see our students' bright faces back in the hallways and classrooms, ready for a year filled with learning, growth, and exciting adventures.

The first week has been fantastic as our students settled into their new classes, met their teachers, and reconnected with friends. We have an exciting year planned with engaging activities, enriching programs, and numerous opportunities for students to excel academically and personally.

A few reminders as we kick off the year:

Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for student success. If your child is absent, please notify the school office as soon as possible.
Communication: We value open communication with our parents and families. Please keep an eye out for regular updates through our newsletters, emails, and our school's website.
Input and Feedback: We are committed to seeking input and feedback from our school community to ensure we meet the needs of our students and families. We actively engage with our Student Council, STEM Council, PTA, and School Council, and we regularly gather insights through surveys and our Pastries with the Principal events. Your voice matters, and we encourage you to join us in these efforts to help shape our school's future.

Additionally, we are excited to announce a few upcoming events:

Back-to-School Night: Join us on 8/20/24 (Grades 3-5) and 8/22/24 (Pre-K-2nd Grade) for a chance to meet your child's teacher, explore their classroom, and learn more about the exciting plans for the year. More information to come.
PTA: Our PTA provides a lot of support to our school. We encourage all parents to get involved and contribute to our school community.

We appreciate your support and collaboration as we work together to provide the best educational experience for our students. Let's make this school year a memorable and successful one!
