Richardson Elementary

Over the past week, we enjoyed many wonderful activities at Richardson. Our 5th-grade Multilingual Learners celebrated the year with a sweet treat at Dairy Queen during a walking field trip. Our 4th graders had a fantastic time on their walking field trip to Water Tower Park. Additionally, classrooms across the building were filled with fun and engaging activities during our "Countdown to Summer."

This week, our Hmong Immersion program held joyous end-of-year events to honor all their hard work. These included a Hmong Spelling Bee, where participants showcased their incredible spelling skills, and a family event on Friday where Kindergarten Hmong Immersion students performed for their families and staff.

Looking ahead, our 3rd graders are excited for their field trip to Gibbs Farm. The entire school will come together for a lively game of BINGO, and we are thrilled to welcome back former Richardson students, now high school graduates, for our "Graduate Parade." Our 5th graders and choir members will showcase their talents in a special concert, and we will have various culminating events to honor the learning and achievements of this year and celebrate our wonderful community.

As we wrap up the school year, let's make this final week a celebration of all we've accomplished together.
