Monday is Recognition Day

• We will be sending out a form for members to vote for Member of the Month.
• Thank You cards will be going out to any business/person that has donated or helped us this year.
• We will post a video about SkillsUSA to our new social media pages.

Tuesday is Give Back Day

• We would like for our Member of the Month to be announced in the morning announcements.
• We will launch our ongoing History of Pamlico project in conjunction with Andrea Bruce today. This project will consist of students and community members meeting with the oldest person they know in Pamlico County and asking specific questions (attached) and recording the responses with audio or video. They should also capture a photograph of the person. We will assemble all of the submissions we get to help document the history of Pamlico County.
• National Geographic Photographer and founder of our local "Down in the County" local online publication, Andrea Bruce, will be speaking to SkillsUSA on February 29th to help prepare students for the interviews and photography. Any and all students and staff are encouraged to join in this project and send submissions to Mrs. Angelo.
• We will announce the project on our new social media pages.

Wednesday is Partner Day

• We will have industry partners speaking in all of our CTE classes on this day.

Thursday is Advocacy Day

• We will post student testimonial videos highlighting SkillsUSA on social media.
• Also we are planning to give a school board presentation in March to let them know about our organization and all that we are doing.

Friday is our Celebration Day

• Members will wear SkillsUSA shirts on this day and everyone else is encouraged to wear red, white and blue.
