Liberty Performing Arts presents Charlotte's Web!
Our fall play is finally here and is one for the entire family to enjoy! Charlotte's Web will be presented tonight and Saturday at 7 p.m. We are incredibly proud of this production - the crew has really leaned into making this magical for any young kids in the audience, so if you've got young ones at home, bring them along! They'll love it.
Our students have created and painted our set, programmed and designed lighting and sound, handcrafted props and decorations, etc. If you've never attended a show at Liberty before, this is a great one to start with!
Tickets are on sale online at https://our.show/charlottelhs and during SOAR time on November 18. Tickets are $5 for students in advance and $7 at the door.
Be Kind Week
Thank you for your support in the Be Kind week. Students and staff received approximately 463,746,357 e-mails over the past two weeks regarding Be Kind Week. This is not an accident. It is because this week is so vital to remind all of us to always be kind to one another. We sincerely appreciate your efforts. Liberty is a special place filled with so many wonderful people. The opportunities this week has laid out for our students, and staff has enabled all of us to be reflective. The stories shared by staff, students, and parents this week displayed the effects of a worthy cause. This tradition will carry over into Liberty's future, whether you are a freshman going to go through this three more times or a graduating senior, please remind yourself and others to choose kindness over anything. #BeKindLHS
Special thanks to Mrs. Bollwerk's classes, the Art teachers, and the Be Kind Committee for helping the ideas of the week come to life!
Below is a photo of students who earned a BE KIND shirt this week. Shirts were given to staff members to hand out as they "caught" students in acts of kindness.
