FYI
- NEW Change = Schools can now enroll students even if they have a high school diploma or equivalent from another country and receive state funding for them
- Students must be under the age of 20 on Sept. 1st of the school year

Liaison Checklist
- Mark all newly identified MV students so they are included in the Fall Count submission
- Watch for Title 1 Final Allocations to be posted and meet with your Title 1 Coordinator to determine the Homeless Reservation amount and what the line items should be
- Amount needs to equal at least $100 per identified student from last year's totals
- ARP II ended 9/30/24, some items and services are eligible for liquidation through January
- Hotels and Temporary Housing are no longer allowed from ARP sources

- Refugee Education Center has a new flyer listing their Navigation Services
- Holiday Program Sign Ups have begun for food and toys - Angel Tree, Toys for Tots, Santa Claus Girls, signs ups also occur at food pantries and local resource centers

- We are now able to reimbursement pre-paid store cards with regular MV grant funds but you must submit a copy of the itemized receipt showing what was purchased with the card
